The population of cities works tiles in the city radius, or become specialists, which provide a variety of bonuses.
Mismanagement: decreases growth, production and education; increases maintenance; increased by immorality and population; decreased by administrative buildings
Education: generated from all science and religion buildings and wonders, and some commerce and health buildings, and from all specialists except citizen.
Morality: population adds immorality, religion administrative buildings add morality
